As a young girl, I dreamt of owning flower shops in far-off places, surrounded by vivid colors, music, and deep conversations with people. I imagined bringing colour to people’s lives.
But somewhere along the way, those dreams were set aside.
Coming from a family of high-achieving women, I pushed myself to excel—chasing academic and professional success. I earned a degree in Chemistry & Management from Imperial College London, thinking analytically, solving problems, and striving for more. That led me to accountancy, a career where numbers, logic, and structure became my world. I spent 18+ years in the corporate world, working with global firms like PricewaterhouseCoopers, Exxon, and Sony.
Yet, despite the success, something was missing.
Reinvention & Rediscovery:
Life has a way of bringing us back to ourselves.
When my family moved to New Zealand, I unknowingly stepped into a journey of transformation. A year-long leadership program with Trustpower(now Mercury) became my wake-up call. For the first time in years, I reconnected with my true purpose—not just achieving, but helping others grow, find their voice, and lead with confidence.
I pivoted from accounting to organizational development, change management, and DEI. At the same time, I rediscovered my passion for music, embracing my identity as a trained singer. And then, I found coaching—the missing piece that tied everything together.
Sitting in leadership roles and boardrooms, I witnessed firsthand the pressures women face at the top—self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and the weight of expectations. I realized my journey wasn’t just about my own growth, but about helping other women navigate these challenges with confidence.
