About me...
I am a transformational coach with a unique blend of expertise in hard science, organizational development, and global experience in accounting and finance. I hold a degree in Chemistry and Management from Imperial College, London, and am a qualified Chartered Accountant. Over my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with renowned companies such as PriceWaterHouseCoopers, Exxon, Sony, and in the renewable energy sector.
My professional journey took a meaningful turn when I transitioned into the social sciences, specializing in organizational development and change management with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). I’ve had the opportunity to lead impactful initiatives, such as creating swimming programs for ethnic minority women and advocating against sexual violence affecting women and children. I’ve also contributed to societal change through my writing.
As a passionate advocate for diverse perspectives, I’ve served as a director on various boards, bringing innovative leadership to the table. Beyond my professional pursuits, I’m a musician specializing in Pakistani semi-classical singing and am a contributing author in a book set to be published later this year.
